These Terms govern your access to and use of VidMee (the “Service”): the vidmee.ai website, dashboard, REST API, and MCP server. By creating an account or calling the API you agree to these Terms. If you are using VidMee for an organization, you accept these Terms on its behalf.
01Accounts
You need an account and an API key to use the Service. Keep your API keys secret; anyone holding a key can spend your credits and act as your project. You are responsible for all activity under your account and keys. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. One person or organization may hold multiple projects, but creating accounts to evade free-tier limits, rate limits, or a suspension is not permitted.
02Credits & billing
VidMee uses a prepaid credit model. Analysis operations spend analysis credits; generation operations (image and video) spend a cash generation balance. Each free project receives a monthly grant of analysis credits. Paid plans and top-ups add credits to your balance.
- Every operation states its price. The
estimatetool quotes a specific job, including the pre-authorization hold for generation, before it runs;get_walletshows live balances. - Generation pre-authorizes an estimated amount and settles on the actual provider cost. A generation that fails releases its hold.
- Card payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Subscription plans renew until cancelled; cancel any time from the billing portal, effective at the end of the current period.
- Prices and plan allowances may change with notice; changes are not retroactive to credits already purchased.
03Refunds & expiry
Prepaid credits and top-ups are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law, or at our discretion for a documented Service fault (for example, credits spent on operations that failed due to a defect on our side, which we generally refund automatically). Purchased credits do not expire while your account is in good standing. Free monthly grants are not cumulative and reset each month. On account closure, unused purchased credits may be forfeited unless a refund is required by law.
04Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or violate a third party’s terms of service;
- access, scrape, or automate sites or accounts you are not authorized to use, or evade access controls, paywalls, bot-detection, or rate limits of third-party sites;
- generate or distribute content that is illegal, that impersonates a person or brand to deceive, that is sexual content involving minors, or that harasses or targets others;
- probe, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure, or attempt to reach non-public or internal networks through the browser runtime;
- resell or provide the Service to third parties except through your own product built on it, and never in a way that lets you or others evade these Terms.
We may suspend or limit accounts that we reasonably believe violate this section, and we may set fair-use and rate limits to protect the Service.
05Browser runtime
VidMee can drive a real browser to render, inspect, and test pages, including pages behind a login when you supply a session. You are responsible for having the right to access and automate any site or account you point the Service at, and for complying with that site’s terms. Saved logins are stored encrypted and used only to resume the sessions you created; see the Privacy Policy. Do not store credentials you are not authorized to use.
06Your content & generated output
You keep ownership of the inputs you send (URLs, prompts, uploads, references) and, as between you and us, of the images, videos, and reports the Service generates for you. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service: to process your inputs through our providers, store your assets, and, where you set an asset to public, serve it from a public URL. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs and generated output do not infringe others’ rights, and for how you use generated media. Generation is powered by third-party model providers; their output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate or unexpected.
07Availability
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and perform maintenance, with reasonable notice where practical. Formal uptime commitments, where offered, are part of a Scale plan agreement.
08Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. VidMee’s QA verdicts, accessibility findings, and generated content are informational and do not guarantee that a page is correct, compliant, or safe to ship; you remain responsible for your own review and decisions.
09Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidMee and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim, or US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material or repeated breach of these Terms, for risk to the Service or others, or as required by law; where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to cure. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (payment owed, content licenses you granted, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law) survive.
11Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, for significant changes, provide reasonable notice (for example by email or an in-product notice). Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
